Tell & Show

Two Graphics third year students, Seb Ingham and John Chapman, have a show/workshop in town opening tonight and running all week until Sunday 11th December.
They have taken the first lines of the 10 most popular British poem, made laser-cut blocks of the individual words, and set up a workspace where people can rearrange these word-blocks and print their own A2 posters. There are 2 typefaces and 2 colours to choose from, and an ingenious base block with strategic holes that the word-blocks peg into, allowing for accurate alignment.

The show is at Milsom Place, lower level, between Broad Street and Milsom Street. It is open 10 - 6pm every day, and 11 - 3pm on Sunday. Check their website for more details and to see a visual diary of the work made, or follow them on twitter.

Both John and Seb are regulars in the print workshops, so go and see what they are doing and print yourself a poster at the same time!
