Second Workshop session, Wednesday 23rd March.

Meet in the studio at 1.30pm.

Steve Ricketts will do two Letterpress sessions for groups of five, running from 2-3pm, and 3-4pm.

First, I will be giving a short talk and demonstration of how to cut and print Lino blocks, using the Albion press, and also using Japanese paper and printing by hand. Then I'll recap on inking up and printing Etchings.

There is no lecture, so you have the whole session until 7pm to work on your prints. I would like to see what you have done so far, your drawings for Linocuts and ideas for Letterpress.

It would be good if some of you started setting your Letterpress project after Steve has finished.
